I don't know if you are still referring to this post. Allow me to make a suggestion to you. Read up on the effects of gluten and try eliminating any wheat and wheat based products from your diet and see how you feel. I realize everyone's situation is different but one has to try different things.I know that most peoples diets have a lot of wheat, read labels or use your own knowledge of food and avoid it. I'd say give it a minimum of 3 months and if any of your symptoms abate stick with it.Try to be as strict with yourself as possible. There is a large variety of foods so other than missing some things you won't go hungry. Wishing you the best.
