you have answered your own questions mate. You wiped out your gut lining with the spicy and shitty foods. Now you have a leaky or permeable gut as some like to call it. That means yeast/bacteria and gases are in the blood and push out freely with heat or anxiety etc. It's a long haul mate, you need to start cleansing the bowels like hell. Heal the leaky gut and let the bacteria repopulate once the gut has healed and gives it a surface to take to. Good luck mate Tweet
