Re: Going Med-Free

Congratulations, Onward. Well done.

Me? I was raised to avoid meds.

I have taken them on occasion, but not for ages.

I took them exactly as prescribed, to see if they helped, when I had a stroke...in 2009. They didn't help at all, so I gave them up entirely.

That ticked off a lot of people, and, I felt very alone.

Then I realised what I really think about me and life, and I am alone no longer.

Then I learned new things that do help, and I am confident, permanently.

Fear has vanished.

My admiration and best wishes.
