PLEASE HELP! Im swelling up!

i dont know what is going on. i have recently developed a sensitivity to the cold. if i hold something cold in my hands like a drink, my fingers burn then swell like sausages. i attempted to swim, and my legs swelled up. i have a dr appt already ligned up, but what could this be:( its scary! Tweet
