I just viewed one of the videos and noticed something...

Dr. Esselstyn believes fish are polluted, mentioning that they get all the chemicals in our water.

...But, so do we!!!

I think we had better look for naturally cleaned water...before plant sources of nutrition.

...And, grow our own food.

Machines on the land, and chemicals, are destroying nutrition.
