Iandthou, First of all the your water burning rate is very high, 2 cups become 1 cup in total 20 minutes. May be this is probably on a high flame, have you tried at a very low flame? IMO, if you take half a cup extra water and keep it on a low or medium flame you will not lose too much water. Also use 2 tbsp. raw coffee instead of one. Is there a counselor at your school, or do you know a lawyer you can speak with? You could volunteer to meet that requirement at a nursing home or anywhere that people need counseling. IMO, your concerns are extremely valid. If your patients won’t wear a surgical mask, then you should on days when you are exposed. You might try colloidal silver. I have found it very helpful with that lump in my throat feeling. Basically that lump is either from acute acid reflux or sinus problems. For the last 4 days, and especially today, I have a pain at 2 small points between the shoulder blades. It is significantly more on the left than the right.
