Questions about coffee enemas
Hello
I have been doing daily
coffee enemas for three days to help with sinus and lymph congestion on the left side of my face. I have a few questions about
coffee enemas -
- I boil the coffee (so far 1 tsp) in 2 cups of water, but after 5 minutes of boiling followed by 15 minutes of simmering, I am left with only about 1 cup of coffee. This is despite putting a lid on the boiling pot. I usually add water so that I have 2 cups again.
Is this a good thing to do? Or does it dilute the coffee solution and should I just use the 1 cup I am left with?
- Should I put the coffee into the water before it boils, and let the coffee boil with the water? Or should I put the coffee into the water after the water has boiled? Or does it make no difference?
- How does one discern if it is necessary to do a pre and post saline water enema? So far I do a 2 litre / 2
quart saline
water enema both before and after the coffee enema. But after three days of doing this I am wondering if I can skip the pre enema because my bowels are probably clean enough. Perhaps the post enema is still important because initially, when I did
coffee enemas a month ago, I felt quite sick if I didn't take a saline
water enema after them.
- However, I am wondering if the best time to do a post enema would be a few hours later, because toxins from the liver may take some time to be released after the
coffee enema is administered.
- Are coffee enemas helpful at all for lymph and sinus congestion? Has anyone had success in this?
Thanks
