Could very well be a need for lymph drainage.
There are youtube videos that show how to do it yourself massage, Or using a mini trampolene, as well as just walking, or running.
Also if you have amalgam fillings, or root canals, that would be a red flag that it could be teeth problems also.
Specifically a cavatation in the jaw bone in the area in question.
Do a search on cavatations, Lymph drainage if you haven't already.
I am not a DR., but have had personal experience with cavatations and the hell they can put you through.
Your body is talking to you, so it's up to you to find out what's going on. Nobody on this forum can do anything but give suggestions.
