Armpit Pain! Suggestions Please!

I am looking for insight to a problem I have been having for 3 weeks. Out of the clear blue, I noticed I was having a pain in the center of my armpit. I was lightly sweeping the floor when I first felt the pain.

No lump is present. It doesn't hurt all the time, mainly when I lift something or squeeze my fist. Also, that armpit it fatter than the other one. I started to take Tumeric but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any ideas or suggestions? Tweet
