Olive oil doesn't congeal unless heated to over 300 degrees.


Try sticking a bottle of olive oil in the deep freeze and then tell me that.
In any case, I was in no way suggesting that the "stones" are congealed olive oil. I was suggesting that some very complex chemical reactions might inhibit the liver from esterising cholesterol, thus producing what might appear to be cholesterol type gallstones.
