Hi Connie,

I did the Hulda Clark e flush and I followed it pretty closely, with an apple juice semi-fast the five days previous.

The following day I felt exhausted but two days later I felt great.

I'm probably going to do it again in a few weeks time. I'm also going to get my blood tests done again to see if my cholesterol has improved.
