I think you can get fumitory. Smilax, which he strongly recommends as a powerful general system cleanser is called sassepareille in French. I believe that is sasarparilla (spelling?) in English.
This guy does do mail order, but I dont think he has facilities to accept any payment other than cash and French cheques.
