Re: Floating stones
Ern,
oh Thanks!
(???) Did you lose any weight by this cleanse?
I just bought the 'borax' soap (suggested by Hulda's book) from Brookshire's, Albertson's carries it too and now all my soap dispensers and kitchen spray bottle has no toxins in it, only borax and water. I put it in my dish washer lastnight with white distilled vinegar in the rinse cycle. This morning I checked them and they were very clean, and with no use of Toxins. How about that!!! :)
I have a suggestion for you Ern, Get your blood type when you go to the doctor---then Try doing the "
Blood Type Diet " book it really works, believe me. My sister in law in just one months time is getting off all her high-blood pressure and her thyroid glands have come back to life and those med's. are being reduced. THANK GOD FOR THE DNA BREAKING OF THE CODE.
The book is called: "Live Right for your Type" by D'Adamo.
Me and my husband has been doing it for almost 3 months only, he sits at a desk and does auto cad and has lost 20 lbs as of Sunday, just by 'eating according to his blood type' he's an A blood type and A's lose the quickest weight at first.
For Dinner: I make the veggies (the "Highly Beneficial List" which is like "medicine" to your blood and then body) by stir-frying them (I choose about 4 kinds of veggies) or you can steam them with your correct type of meat (and what a supper when you know your blood type FOODS) such as:
If you are O blood type: beef, chicken, lamb, fish, turkey
If you are A blood type: chicken, fish, turkey
If you are B blood type: beef/turkey/veal (small amounts) Goat, Lamb, Mutton
If you are AB very rare: turkey, lamb, Mutton, Rabbit, Liver (calf)
Have you heard of this before??? The book is at barnes and noble, get the "Live right for your type" it's a more defined and updated with the foods and condiments and beverages and fruit lists and such. Your cholesterol will be no problem any longer, wow what a concept eh? :)
see you next time,
blessings to you---
