OK, you say thought shapes reality, I agree. But then you also say there is a "good" and a "bad". This seems to me a contraddiction, can you explain?
I'll make an example. If you say that I'm free to be healthy because I'm free to choose to eat "good" food, this statement doesn't express the infinite freedom you claim. If I was totally free to shape my reality, I would shape it in a totally unconditioned way: I would let myself be healthy whatever I eat, and then probably choose "good" food for the hell of it. Do you see the difference?
I just happen to be quite fixated on this one. And although I definitely like eating clean food, I am very annoyed by the idea that "I have to eat it in order to something", and the rebel in me goes chasing something else just because I dislike the idea of giving up my freedom, be it for something so precious as my health.
This happen to be the story of my life, or a *key* issue at least, and I would be more than happy to unsolve the dilemma.
