Re: This short exchange shows the insanity of the "advice" given by so many

Shelton's premature death (90) was due to decades of overworking for his cause, and which eventually took its toll on his physique and nervous system.
This is an excuse. Beside from the description on wikipedia,
Herbert Shelton has lost his mind and his body capabilities at 77... (I know this may not be accurate, but why should i believe you ?)
Here :
By 1972, at the age of 77, he was completely bedridden from a degenerative neuro-muscular disease believed to be Parkinson's disease.[2] He died thirteen years later, unable to improve his own health despite many attempts. His contemporaries were shocked to see him unable to walk, speak normally, or write.
He was also the unwitting victim of a DHA deficiency, both of which resulted in his Parkinsons disease.
That may be a related or unrelated effect. The effects of "Parkison disease" must have a cause. And the cause may be deposits in the brain or
parasites in the brain, not necessarily a lack of certain elements in the blood.
It is common knowledge that any undue stress on the body (overwork for example) will require more than the average nutrients from even the best of diets.
Of course, especialy if the body can't assimilate the nutrients because
parasites assimilate them before...
Also
parasites secrete waste and can irritate, cut, scratch the tissues but for you this is not an important cause of disease...

I have personally recovered from Advanced Leukemia over 30 years ago using Hygienic principles, and which I adhere to today.
Good for you, i also do short fasts with dissolving juices, and some physical movements such as stretches and steps, as Arnold Ehret suggested, and i think this is a great way to optimise the elimination of waste and deposits, but not to kill and evacuate the parasites.
A body which is free from toxemia (of an endogenous and exogenous origin) and which is supported by optimized nutrition with a strong immune system, is free from any disease, including parasites.
Show me the proof.
I have also never suffered from any parasitical infestation: I wonder why that could be?
I wonder how you can be so sure about this... I'm aware about parasites since fall 2009 even if i have had several annoying symptoms since i was 14.
I have never been diagnosed having parasites but by using certain herbs or electricity i have produced die off and eliminated dead parasites parts.
Also if you haven't drank water from a water network, if you haven't eaten many kinds of foods, if you haven't traveled, if you haven't hiked in the woods and in the high grass, if you haven't had sex with several partners, if you haven't been bitten by mosquitos or tics or taons then by avoiding all these vectors of infections, you may have had the luck to no be infected.
Moreover, if parasites were not able able to live in a "clean" body then they shouldn't exist today because ancient humans and animals followed primitive habits. I hope you don't believe in the spontaneous generation of parasites in a body because it has been proved false. By following hygienic principles it is possible to avoid being infected (and i am not talking about eating only green leaves and fruits, i am talking about avoiding the vectors of infection.)
I don't say hygienic principles are useless, i follow some of them as you can read in my posts. I say that parasites can't be killed only by fasting and eating only green leaves and fruits. And even if they can, who will do 30 days fasts to kill parasites when they can get infected again the next day ? That's an ineffective and impracticable solution.
