Hey, I think it should be colon, liver, and then parasite, for the reason that sometimes during a parasite cleanse you can kill off liver parasites as well. If you have biliary obstruction, then the dead liver parasites have no pathway of elimination and will make you sick. You don't want dying parasites stuck in your liver when the herxheimer reaction kicks in,
