I have 3 bottles of bael and I've been emptying about four caps in a garlic smoothie. I have no idea if it's making a difference...

Weird now that I'm off the ABZ for the 2 weeks I've been feel less/ different movements. I feel them pulse or tick for a second or two then stop.

I feel them in my back now which I havent done in a while...
