How can these things get so large and live so long?

What are they eating?

I never thought I'd still have these things after 3 mths..:(...when I first found out I stopped the herbs and started on the meds about 3 days after..but it seems since then these things have multiple. I think they're not just in my skin but in my body cavity as well...have to be.
