Then for lunch I eat 3 eggs fried with garlic and onions on 14 grain bread, I eat this EVERYDAY as a replacement for meat. Don’t know if this would help anyone and I don’t know anything about this illness, but just wanted to report something that happened to me. I was doing EDTA chelation and brought the dosage up higher and higher. After some time of doing that, I think I really got rid of some bad minerals but probably also good minerals. Hi Kutiyoung, I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with this. I’m one of the ones that has had EC for 20+ years (I’m 31) and at my lowest I have felt the same way. My EC is in remission now but due to the nature of the condition it affects everyone differently and even success stories are full of ambiguity because it’s difficult to know actually what made the change. Subhuman, Sorry to sound negative but I will tell you my honest opinion. The leave alone method is highly unlikely to cure EC. Why? 1) Most people see their lips get worse with the leave it alone method in the forum, from my reading. 2) More persuasively, the logic this method is premised on is very flawed. The logic behind the leave alone method is, as I understand it, that EC is some kind of self-induced wound caused by chronic lip picking ect and it just needs time to heal. There’s some mixed results for witch hazel in the seborrheic dermatitis community. If you haven’t already, I recommend reading up on Borax. It is actually used by doctors for treating vaginal yeast infections and has a better reputation in general for its antifungal and antiseptic properties and its used in a wide variety of applications.
