i also did a patch test (i think thats how its called) and it turns out that i have allergy to
1)rosin
2)Carba mix
3)balsam of peru which inludes aroma(perfume) ,an ingredient found in most health pruducts.

Also when i didn't use toothpaste i made the mistake of using the same toothbrush i used with the toothpaste, i will now buy a new one.


I will eliminate all of the things you said and i will do an update again in a week.

In fact i tried that yesterday, i didnt touch my lips and when i took a bath my face didn't touch any water or soap also i didn't brush my teeth and today some skin came off and underneath, the skin was healthy and pink.
