Much of what WS says about food intolerances is true. Some users of the drug Accutane (there have been lawsuits concerning this) have developed intestinal damage which causes food allergies and intolerances. I think the problem with food allergies and intolerances is that people usually have more than one. It's hard to know what to avoid since some skin allergy tests come back positive for certain foods while allergy blood tests come back negative. If anyone knows, I would like to know if one can eat foods that show up as positive in allergy skin tests (rash symptom), but negative in allergy blood tests?
