As someone already wrote these thread worms come from cotton cloth. I rinse all my cloths with permethrine 10% 1/4 cup. One does not need 60k pictures to identify this as a nematode (not a crack on you btw but on the ”medical system”). Nematodes share the same cylindrical shape -you can see that in the first row. These come to my mind now: fenbendazole, doxy, pyrantel, levamisole, moxidectin, ivermectin. These should work on filarial worms and roundworms too. Taking small doses of levamisole helps too, and i would use ivermectin and clove bud oil to rub on your skin every day, alternating. I have a threadworm issue and might have had filarial worms too (amongst others) and rubbed all kinds of things in great quantities on places where i had lots of symptoms. Im glad you brought it up the pumpkin seeds stopped the ones in my stomach and they didn’t run from them which was great but it didn’t seem to help the ones in the skin or with the itching. My lab tech friend showed me what they do for the stool samples and explained that they just look for eggs and not worms, they put a few drops of oil on a slide and take a stick to get a small piece of stool and smear it in. I got mine from ebay you can bulk order the powder at a good price if you have a scale to weight the dosage. Before that I used a local farm store but it got pricey. If your catching them early and not having to take the extreme dosage like I did it I would start with 50mg per kg instead of 100mg as I described above and adjust accordingly. I also mix the powder about 8% in vaseline and spread topically over every inch of my skin during the week i cured myself, I did already have some ivermectin mixed in that could have made a difference although it didn’t seem to do anything by itself.

I have parasites (for over 10 years), probably tapeworm from undercooked beef. I eat about 1/3 cup canned pumpkin almost every day and it kills the tiny devils but not the large egg layer. This is the only thing that has given me relief. Gave 3 stool samples to Doctor at $100. each and they couldn’t find them UGG. I mix a tablespoon of psyllium powder along with a tablespoon of liquid bentonite into a cup of water and drink it down, with an additional cup of water right after - all about an hour before breakfast. What you are presenting clearly looks to be the segments of a proglotoid, or tapeworm, my guess is that it is the cestode known as echinoccocous granulosus, and my hypothesis is that the spots showing up are hydatid cysts, but also it appears you might have liver flukes as well.
