they all look like parasites to me, i take irwin Colon Cleanse with probiotics, or any good kind and you will start to flush parasites you can see without a microscope, to start with , take lt of cayenne pepper, take lot of raw garlic, watch what you pass and then come back for advice of how to fight them, they will cause many probs like what you have... i rub a little water mixed with black pepper to make them come out of my skin.
