been there

As someone already wrote these thread worms come from cotton cloth. I rinse all my cloths with permethrine 10% 1/4 cup. I also wash all cotton before I use it. this will greatly reduce their number but once infected they are in every mm of human tissue. The only things that work are ivermectin an fenbendazole. I had them really bad in my sinuses. I would put 1/2 ml of iver in a bottle of decongestant spray and use it 2-4 times a day. I hope you are keeping nostrils clear. These worms are still alive. I had nose bleeds constantly when I was a kid. I could feel them moving. Stupid DX said it was because I was picking. If I feel a pinch in my nostril sometimes I can look up it and grab the worm as it comes out of my membrane.
you are not crazy, this is real. So sorry you also have to tolerate the "TROLLS" on this site while searching for help. They all seem to be mopderators or ex-moderators. No excuse for being abusive.
Your best bet for a DX would be a Dx from India. They seem to understand this well.
The good news is I'm 67 and have had them my whole life so it appears they won't kill you. The worst thing that they caused for me was several strokes and large skin lesions on my skin where they have congregated.
I live on Ivermectin. Whenever I feel them moving I apply topical Ivermectin. My right foot is most common. Sheets will be covered with salt like crystals next day. These are the worms. Use a lint roller to get them off sheets. Always rinse or soak bedding in permethrine. You think they are dead but they are not. Highly contagious.
These suggestions will help but won't solve the problem. I still have them.
I pray you find a solution and can tell the rest of us.
