I have the same thing. Sometimes I think its schistosoma other times it looks more like a nemotode. One of them looked like a bean pod with a red worm coming out of one end, I erased the picture. That looked almost identical to the Angiostrongylus cantonensis. I have had major sinus surgery and they are easily removed from sinus salt water rinse. Except the bean pod looking ones and I remove them myself becausethey are real sticky. My Ent gave me flonase and it has helped contrary to what some say on here. Seems like a hookworm to me of some subspecies. There is a Netflix documentary about DNA that shows a C. Elegans being injected with crisper cas9 gene therapy. So these are in the labs. I found something in snuff tobacco and quit but still use nicotine replacement. There is a study from Michigan or Minnesota online about these c. Elegans getting hooked on nicotine. That is heartbreaking. I could be wrong but I’m from the south and grew up on a farm. It looks like the creeping eruption disease caused by hookworm larvae. They are nematodes most likely coming from untreated cotton clothes, made in China especially. I have battled them most of the year and they are everywhere but certain people like me are allergic to them. I threw away all clothes made in China and wear jeans made in this country nad shirts that are 0 to low % of cotton. I am with you all on this. I read from one of these post about orrgano oil which contains thymol. Since the virus pandemic my work which is a large university has been spraying deacon 30 thymol. It kills hookworm as one of the many uses as a biocide. So, I rubbed some around my septum and nostrils and whatever it was hauled ass down my throat, I would suggest using the post that recommended oregano oil and diluting it.
