Hi, i have been following your story of ill health from parasites. I have previously used garlic and pine turpentine, however i feel you would benefit from daily diatamacious earth (fossilised algae) as this will remove many parasites,most people start off with about a teaspoon mixed in fruit squash and drunk quickly down as the diatamacious earth does not dissolve. Eventually increase to up to 6 tablespoons a day. Also
Wormwood , cloves, and
Black-Walnut hull capsules taken daily will also make your system inhospitable. i would keep garlic in your diet regularly but perhaps just a clove a day.Obviously foods such as ginger, cinnamon, fennel seeds, cumin are good to add to a anti

Fresh pineapple can be good including the hard stem as the bromelain will destroy some bugs.
Two of the best
parasite destroyers are papaya seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Eight to 12 papaya seeds crushed and drunk in a daily smoothie will help expel some bugs, also eat 1/2 cup green raw pumpkin seeds on an empty stomach followed by fresh pineapple 1 hr later and the following day you will expel dead worms.One of the best ways to expel
