Thanks I'm at wits end.ive tried steaming n it doesn't kill this stuff.my carpets r so infested with this.everytime I vacuum they get me.go into hair n it gets frizzy n stands up.i just cant win.im ripping carpets out this weekend so I should b really bad mon
