Here is what I do that gives lot of relief, at Walmart,,,, there is a garment steamer $40 that u can fill with peroxide, then add ab 3 drops of eucalyptus oil, PURE,, same store,,, inhale this anytime you need to, dont blonde your eyes and eyelashes though=====================and they will mostly come out of your nose and sinus.. ========================================Use a gas station brown paper to blow your nose after ... also twirl qtip later to roll all the rest out.... I use 2 caps of acv in quart of water in a bowl to take the biofilm of eyes daily..then i dip my nose in same water afterwards,,, u will clear sinus... If u feel nest in your nose, dab with Ivermectin paste, you can pm me if you need to,,, asap Tweet
