There is no information available that helps us figure out in what type of soil conditions the fruits and veggies were grown and then wether they were picked before they ripen or not. What’s currently happening: My main issue: I recently got a recording oximeter and some of my numbers are seemingly extreme! On good nights I mostly stay at 95% or above, great, only a few of those though. I don’t know what country you’re in but hopefully you have a lot of money to spend cuz from what I’ve read it isn’t cheap. That is great that you are improving. Right now my candida seems to be raging out of control. But I know enough to know that candida is only one issue of a bigger picture. Yeah, I had a white tongue coating. To be honest though, I still get a tongue coating every now and then, especially if my mouth is dry or after I eat certain foods. I think it’s just the normal accumulation of gunk on the tongue. But the difference between now and then is that now when I brush my tongue and use a tongue scraper, the coating comes off easily and stays off for quite some time.
