Re: Please help me with my OXIMETER readings

Since you have no response yet, I will mention a few items to work on that really apply to us all. Each of us has differing issues that may require different methods. Therefore you will have to find what improves your health by trial and error. Here are a few ideas I have done in the past to improve health. Don’t expect to get well overnight. It took a while to get to this point.

--“ At age 26 and a high side of a normal weight sustained a back and neck injury”-- See a good chiropractor.

I am a fan of Richard Schulze N.D. and his “Incurables Program” for 30, 60 or even 90 days.

Juice. This must be fresh made by you and drunk within 20 minutes to maintain its enzyme activity. ALL store bought IS pasteurized and has no live enzymes. Schulze would kick you out of his clinic if you failed to get a juicer.

Kelp is an overall ideal supplement, no matter the problem.

--“Side note: my mother and I had almost identical health problems”-- Eating a similar diet to hers is more likely cause than genes.

--“(the only thing that I take medication on a regular basis for; currently otc Omeprazole (like Prilosec)”-- Try tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (like Bragg’s) to increase acidity, at start of each meal. We need acid to make food break down or the nutrition will pass on (into toilet). It‘s bad enough that our soils are missing nutrients and the plants can’t get nutrients that aren’t there and what nutrients they might have don’t get extracted by the body since the acidity is reduced. Disease is caused by lack of nutrition—Ex:think scurvy, the lack of VitC.

Google: Wm Davis MD “Wheat Belly” and gluten, articles & videos. Do the research. Some say 70% of us have a gluten intolerance. Eating gluten will cause you to eat an extra 400 calories per day. It adds up. Gluten causes the hair-like villi in the small intestine to be knocked down, unable to adsorb nutrition due to inflammation. Don’t kid yourself that this does not apply to you. Prove me wrong by trying it for just 6 weeks-no cheating. If I cheat, I feel the repercussions the next day. See above paragraph. Double whammy. Gluten causes inflammation. Think arthritis.

No "diet" drinks or foods (aspertame, nutrisweet)
