Pulse oximeters are notorious for having motion artifact--if you move the extremity that the probe is attached to, the readings get wonky on the machine. I seriously doubt that you really had heart rates of one and five beats per minute.
What brand and model of oximeter are you using? The cheaper ones (<$500) are notoriously inaccurate.
Notmto say that you aren't desaturating, but it could be a mechanical issue, not a medical issue.
