I was also suffering same problem with you two years ago, just recently I discovered how to get rid of it.

First wash your finger nicely then put it on under your tonsil and push upward repeat if necessary, one tonsil at a time then when finished gargle a warm water with salt if you have turmeric powder mix it with the warm water with salt.
