Maggie, I've heard over the years of searching for a cure that people who feel pnd or some kind of nasal respiratory being responsible for there BB have been helped by taking Benadryl or something similar.

Benadryl has a drying affect and makes you sleepy so you can only take at night.

I tried it several times. It didn't work for me but it may help you.
