Re: Help!!! I have chronic bad breath.....
I have also suffered from this for many years, but I'm wondering if this might help...... Yesterday I made some honey eye drops to put in my eyes (my eyesight has got a little worse recently and I read raw honey was a cure for cataracts etc from ancient times. (Raw honey is a natural antibiotic)
It stings ever so slightly when you first put the drops in, but then it goes and your eyes feel soothed and refreshed. Anyway, after I did it I could taste something like sweet nectar at the back of my throat so I wondered whether the
Antibiotic honey might be going into my sinuses! Anyway, needless to say, I kept repeating the eye drops about every half hour until I went to bed. This morning I put 2 lots in before I went to work. I'll need to see what people's reactions are when I breath on them (lol), but I'm hoping I've inadvertantly found a fix. My nose feels clearer and I still have this sweeter taste at the back of my throat. So far so good! How to make the honey eye drops:- Buy yourself some empty eye dropper bottles, some distilled water and some raw honey. I used a 10ml dropper bottle and half filled it with distilled water. Then I put raw honey in the rest just leaving a small space at the top (so roughly 50:50). My honey was solid so after putting the top on I soaked the bottle in some WARM (not hot) water until they were both liquid then gave it a good shake. Voila! honey eye drops - best for this to be discarded after a week, so use them freely until then. I really hope this helps, I sort of feel it's working for me up to now and I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!
