Lung Pain
Hi,
I am in Thailand, on a healing retreat in a little village called Doi Saket. I am near a healing center called Tao Garden (tao-garden.com). Healing from an exposure from some kind of mold/VOC/lead combo in Berkeley, CA after a little renovation almost 2 years ago that left me in a bad state and pnuemonia back in February.
I admit I rather foolishly exposed myself to the stuff from moving from one place to another I was around my stuff that seemed to be affected and had a hard time parting with it. Finally wising up, and got rid or hid away any of the offending belongings a few weeks ago.
However, after many treatments here at Tao Garden, I went to the next closest town, Chiang Mai, last night and really had a hard time. The air pollution probably isn't that bad, and I was only there for 3 hours, but my lungs hurt so much I know something is not right.
I've done a lot here - a liver cleanse, chi nei tsang (abdominal massage), an F-Scan (for immune building), a candida cleanse.
Testing included a live blood test, urine test, and saliva test. Nothing seemed too out of the norm, and nothing came up about my lungs.
I'm starting to feel better, but lungs still feel tight in the middle of my chest when I arch my back, and on deep breaths, and there's a slight buzzing type feeling in my head, that is also happening.
I don't want this to happen again. I want to be able to go back to that city, or somewhere else in the area.
The good news is this healing center has a staggering amount of alternative health treatments:

Can anyone make any sound suggests how to heal my lungs and prevent any problems from pollution exposure in the future?
Regards and many thanks. I've learned a lot from this site.
