Hi. I just wanted to ease your mind some if possible, since you seem to care very deeply about coated tongues. Most white coating is not candida. It *can* be undigested starches or some kind of (harmless) bacteria, and can wax and wane. Candida coating is usually pretty thick and chunky looking, with a yellowish tinge to it. And, from what I have read, can even be painful.
