After you have learned the Epic Breath Technique (with only 6 warrior breaths) it is best to keep a consistent and regular practice.
The technique is safe enough to do whenever you feel the need. It is recommended to be done two times daily during moments of transition – such as in the morning as you go from sleep to waking…and again when you arrive home from work, moving from work time to relaxation.
When you do the technique it is best to do 3 sets of the full process."
