question for those with exfoliative cheilitis

I have exfoliative chielitis for~10years. I am about to finish medical school and gave up on this thing a while ago until I ran into this page. I plan to do some literature research behind the pathology of this thing in my free time.

I also have sensitive skin and get larger than nl weal reaction with a scratch test (raised red line on your arm). For instance putting a shirt on will leave a red mark on my forehead that will go away after ~15min. This can be relieved with Allegra (inhibits inflam mediators) Since the chielitis is most likely inflamatory I am wondering if any of you also have this increased skin sensitivity? I plan on trying Allegra for about 1 month and wonder if it will have any affect on my lips i.e. does reducing my increased inflamatory reaction affect this condition.
