I truly hope that I have totally misunderstood what I'm reading here and that I'm way off base, but if the intention of your syrupy sweet, never -never, land of your post is to convince us and this girl that we ought to "share" the pains and miseries of a psychotic abuser, then I hope the authorities have a picture of you on file and directions to your front door!!

Aiding, abetting and being an accessory to crime is punishable by law, and in effect this is what your are doing. Period.  Perfect love may be present in the afterlife, but in this one, it is normal and healthy to try to save one's life from danger, and it is right and  our duty as human beings to come to the assistance of others in need, not bog them down further with false compassion for their captors.
