I've done several Water Fast in my lifetime but the 30 days was the longest, and hardest for sure.

I did a supervised Water Fast one time many years ago for two weeks. It was a really neat experience. I stayed with an older couple that did supervised Water Fasting in their home. They only had an outhouse and lived very rugged. :) They were seventh day adventist and we would do bible studies every night. They had a steam bath set up that I would do every day. It was miserably hot. They would eat these delicious garden fresh vegetarian meals in front of me every day. Now that part was wrong. :) But I know they had to eat. They were really sweet people. They'd tell me all kinds of stories about people that had stayed with them and fasted. One girl was bulimic and they caught her one night rummaging through all the cupboards. They helped one boy lose a hundred and something pounds through water fasting. It was so neat their way of living and helping people like that.
