For the benefit of our readers, Mighty.Sun.Tzu, I call him, Mighty and hope he doesn't mind (some people call him Sun), is what I call an advanced faster. As you can see he is into dry fasting. Dry fasting is in the Bible. Water Fasting is the highest I have gone.

Now, back to your question. Last night, three days and three hours into the water only fast, I became ill. It came on me suddenly. I got wobbly and slight nausea. I was surprised as I do not usually get nausea this early. I would have thought the next step would be just weakness due to prior experience. I knew I had to go to work today and was scared I would not make it if I did not switch to the juice phase. I wanted to stop the nausea before it got so bad that I wouldn't be able to take anything to stop it. I know, I know, you would have stuck with it and made it to work anyway lol. Maybe someday I can be that strong minded. I admire you for that and it (your determination) has been an inspiration to me. You use wisdom and break when you feel your body or the Lord is calling for it. I see by your post you also got nausea and just like you, you stuck it out and made it through. :) If I would not have had to go to work I may have been able to make it. So, I am drinking juices for a few days to help me get through my work week. I have to work three more days before I have two off. I hope to get back to water only on Thursday and Friday. The juice got me going again and I felt great today.

I was wondering throughout the day how you were doing on your fast unto the Lord. I am very touched that you were motivated to fast because you saw that I was struggling and you wanted to help. Jesus, bless Mighty really, really good for his caring heart. I pray his fast will bring a double portion breakthrough in the spirit. :) Amen.
