Cindy Asks: Salt water flushes?

I am going to try your liver flush, and haven't really ever quite gotten the knack of enemas.....could I use a Salt Water Flush (from master cleanse book) where I drink 32 oz. of warm water with 2 tsp salt? it cleanses the intestines..and I'm hoping it would flush all the parasites and junk out just as well as an enema...hope you are still at this email address.

Hi Cindy,

Honestly I do not believe in the salt-water flushes. The reason is because they don't and have never worked for me and if they don't work for me, there would have to be a whole slue of other people whom they do not work for. If you have tried them and they have done a terrific job, then by all means, go ahead and substitute the enema, but i personally belive that there is no substitute for the enema. it is the one and only perfect method of cleansing the lower part of your bowels. One question i would ask you though is; have you ever tried an enema? I think most of what stops people from using it is a psycological hold-back, you may be afraid of using it because this is not your idea of what perfect life should be. But, in fact, once you get over that by trying the enema, all doubts will go away.

Happy New Year and please let all of us know the restults of your flush!
