Benny Asks: 71 Years old - about coffee enema?

Thank you for your Blogs. I am 71 years old and just "accidentally" discovered that I have gall stones.

Of course the liver cleanse is for me. I had planned and was prepared to use Hilda Clark's formula.

I have no doubt that it works, but appears to be quite harsh.

You Lime and Egg Yolk formula appear to do just as good with possible other

benefits. So that is what I intend to do.

One question please.

I have been unable to find definitive information on The coffee enema.

Preliminarily, how strong the coffee should be.

I am gathering the products to start the treatment today.

Please advise as soon as you can.

Hi Benny, God knows we can all use a liver cleanse, no matter what the age!
I do not advise people to practice cofee enemas. I don't feel right about roasted coffee beans, ground to powder, boiled and then this toxic potion inserted into one's body. Sorry, but i just don't resonate with that. I have tried it once or twice and the effects are... I would describe them as "weird". One feels the effects of those toxins one way or another, regardless of where the toxic potion enters the body. Clean, warm water is best to use for your enema.
