Sure, you can use Epsom Salts , but it's a chemical substance. i have not seen any place in nature, where Epsom Salt grows naturally or deposits. So, i steer clear of them, especially in conjunction with organic foods. The bile ducts are fine the way they are. no need to distort them for the purpuse of purging, this is unnecessary stress on the system. I hope this helps :)
