I agree with you. I also do not use cracked eggs. They start to rot and don't smell good, BUT I know a person who prefers them to the whole - she says the more rotten the smell, the better, she eats them anyway. That's how much she believes in organic bacteria. And to everyone who might ask, no, she doesn't have salmonella nor is she scared of it.
