CityMan Asks: For how many days?

thank you for offering to assist.

at this moment- i just wish to know if

1) i can use plastic tablespoon?
2) more importantly- how many days to do the liver flush?
3) your recipe of 20 organic limes and using 3 each time equals about 6 2/3 usages and with the eggs using 2 each time equals about 6 uses. does this mean 6 days of doing the liver flush?
4) can i drink this egg/lime/oil concoction twice or more each day?
5) do i do a double enema each day? or how often? or after each drinking?
6) can i use organic cold press coconut oil or organic cold press olive oil?
7) any other good suggestions/advice?

Hi City Man, nice to hear from you again :)

1. Yes, you can use a plastic spoon, just not metal.
2. You can practice the cleanse 3-4 days in a row - once a day, then rest for a week and then do it again until you notice VISIBLE and NOTICIBLE results. Those should be quite immediate in fact.
3. Yes, you can do 3 days, rest 4 and do 3 more.
4. I DO NOT recommend you drink it more than once a day. It is like a suction-pump to the liver, do not over-do it. Let this work slowly but surely.
5. I would do the enema about 4 hours after drinking. I do not know what you mean by DOUBLE enema, but i use a 1-liter rubber bag with warm water and this is sufficient.
6. Yes, coconut oil works as well, although it is not as thick. Olive oil doesn't usually taste that good with this recipe, so you might concider other oil types.
