For instance, last night started the 7th day of my dry fast...of course eye can't sleep more than an hour if that...time is moving slow as a sloth playing pictionary...feeling quite insane if you will...around midnight eye take a bike ride in 20-30 degree temp...get back to the house and end up laying in the grass doing yoga and pushups...then eye went up stairs, took my socks off, threw on sum Sade and propped my feet out of the window...usually this would be unpleasant, but it FELT GOOOOOOOD....eye kept my feet propped out for an hour....this dry fast om currently on is when eye really realized this truth...by day 2 everything was making me feel sick....eye was thinking of some way to alleaviate the mental anguish so eye had the brilliant idea to take a cold bath....and it worked....usually eye would never take a cold bath or shower...but under the conditions of this dry fast, it felt GOOOOOOD.....and eye took my temperature and it was normal.....only today on day 7 when eye took it, it was 99 degrees which could be viewed as slightly high....on day 5 eye hiked to the top of this mountain and it was a clear sunny day(NO CHEMTRAILS) and eye followed my instincts and found a secluded ledge and got BUTT NAKED and mind you its in the upper 30's....and eye was feeling too hot.....everytime the breeze blew it felt so good!
moving on...if your not a master faster eye couldn't see any reason to do a hard dry fast...by day 3 eye got so much toxins comming out of me it would be crime to not brush my teeth, do hydrogen peroxide rinses, take cold baths and showers, do lemon juice enemas etc...if an a**hole wants to say its not a dry fast because you brush your teeth then let them be because they don't understand the reason you dry fast...you gotta help your body move these devils out your body...what you don't gotta do is make a poor desicion just to fit a technicality for a bitch ass know it all...eye know Americans are toxic...like eye said....you want extcreted filth sitting in your mouth for days on end? Eye been rinsing my mouth out with water plenty of times a day, eye just make sure to not swallow any water...a cold bath is rinsing off what the skin is excreting...anyways...you get the point
moving on...if you talking to a religious person just say.....remember when God expelled the Adamites from the garden of eden? Thats what a dry fast does....As Storm Talifero says ...."fasting is natures Chemotherapy" and dry fasting is the strongest dose....thats all eye can remember and om not trying to write a novel here....eye got 5 more hours to go to complete the 7th day.....after that om DONE.....got gallons of freshly juiced OJ sitting in the fridge and a bottle of Evian....got fresh juiced OJ ice cubes sitting in the freezer...got a jar of water sitting on the ledge getting sunlight...that will be the first thing eye consume.....PEACE
