I have broken multi day
Water Fasts with huge high protein and high fat meals on more than one occasion.
In fact the list has the scariest foods known to anyone in the dieting world.
2 day fast broken with cici's pizza buffet with 3 X crustless pizza. In fact I have broken several of the multi dayers with their crustless.
I broke a 9 dayer with Chinese buffet, and a 20 dayer with my office Christmas party with lots of turkey. I broke another 8 dayer with Golden corral and another 9 dayer with my own home cooked turkey on thanksgiving night.
There may be advantages to the gentle variety, but I am still alive still in healthy range and still not regretting it.
I broke my 4 dayer with 2 dry, 1 water and 1 dry again with a lot of leaves harvested from my yard as well as othe rveggies and a home made butter milk dressing. of course I also had a nice 20
oz of merlot in the course of the night and woke up this morning to regret it. Was fine going down though.
I wont say I didn't have any consequences, but I didn't do much better after a leafy green heavy meal as compared to an animal protein and fat heavy meal.
These are all
Water Fasts so far. I am just starting dry fasts, so I will likely be more careful in those.
