Congratulations on your dry fast! Your diet sounds fabulous; however, diets like that can create some deficiencies of certain nutrients and minerals, unless you suppliment of course. I hope you had your blood work done before starting this fast.
Also, you truly do not need more then 11 days. Medical specialists and scientist in Russia have been researching dry fasting for over 20 years and concluded that the final and most important healing crisis occures between the day 9 and 11. Anything beyond that becomes trully dangerous.
Personally I have completed a 40-day combined fast (9.5 days rigid dry fast and 30.5 days on the water) 6 weeks ago and am on my 6th day of the 11 day fast now.
