Re: Dry fast
Hi Milena,
I have just noticed that you sent some posts, that were addressed to me. I am sorry that I am so late to answer you.
I realize that you suggested that I should not continue my dry fast beyond 11 days. May I know the rationale of your suggestion, please?
Today has been the 7th day of my fast and I still feel absolutely fine; I have had no healing crises, have had my usual energy and have kept on gentle exercising that makes me happy. I have had for the last 4 days a very, very mild postnasal drip (in a scale 1 to 10 I would estimate it as 0.5). My urine has been a straw color and I have had no hunger.
Additionally, yesterday I made a wonderful discovery. As I looked in the mirror, I was positively shocked because the tip of my tongue was pink and the rest of the tongue was only slightly whitish. I have never had a pink tongue - it has been mildly coated between the fasts but during all my fasts it was covered by the extremely white and very thick coat.
The same white and thick coat appeared at the beginning of the present fast. The pink surface of the tip of my tongue is getting slightly bigger and bigger as I often check it in the mirror. I have been so excited because the appearance of the pink tongue has been the first sign that maybe, just maybe, the process of the detoxification has reached its final stage and my digestive system is ready to digest.
What is also different during my present fast is the fact that I do not have the dry mouth at all; My saliva flows generously and is watery, not thick at all.
I have steadily lost 4.0 kg; my HR has been regular and dropped from 63 to 55; BP dropped from 110/60 to 100/50. I do not experience any weakness even when I rapidly stand up.
I am telling you all this staff because you have reached for me and I felt the strong need to share all the good news with the individual who will understand.
Love,
Anne
